Are you ready for the next step in your career? As a Project Lead Test Management, you ensure that deployment and time schedules are always in sync, provide optimal hardware and software for our test benches, and are responsible for ensuring and verifying the requirements. Your technical and practical experience in test and test bench support is essential to keep the team active, efficient, and always ready. Additionally, you bring structure to the area and are comparable to a Scrum Master. This position offers a high level of responsibility, creative freedom, and accountability, as well as close collaboration with executives and team leaders. It is the ideal entry point for short- to mid-term development into a leadership role.

In detail, this means:

  • You create and maintain deployment and time schedules to ensure our team is always well-organized. This also includes creating work plans on a monthly and quarterly basis.

  • You ensure all requirements are available, reviewed, and verified.

  • You take care of the testing team's needs to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

  • Your extensive experience in test and test bench support helps you overcome technical challenges and provide technical support to the team.

  • You bring structure to the test bench support area and ensure all processes run efficiently and purposefully.

  • You update plans and perform the necessary documentation.

  • You actively participate in technical and coordination meetings to keep all stakeholders up-to-date.

  • You work closely with executives and other team leaders to achieve the best possible results.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A successfully completed training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or a comparable qualification.

  • Industry experience in working at test benches, test bench construction, cable assembly, or general electricity.

  • The ability to create work plans and provide the team with clear structures.

  • A self-reliant, flexible working style along with high teamwork skills and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Ideally, experience in the context of infotainment and gateway systems.

  • Very good German and English skills 

  • Knowledge of CAN, FlexRay, and Ethernet is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of the following (or similar) tools and applications: EXAM, ODIS, CodeBeamer, DOORS, Wireshark, dSPACE, Vector CANoe, MATLAB/Simulink, Jira.

  • Knowledge of common automotive standards such as ISO 26262 is also an advantage.
